Council of Administrators

The Council of Administrators champions the mission of school leaders, district officials, deans, and state delegates by fostering dynamic dialogue on programmatic innovation and broad-scale co-teaching integration across PK-12 and university landscapes. We provide a collaborative forum for educational leaders to dismantle systemic hurdles, analyze high-impact case studies, and design robust strategies that establish co-teaching as a sustainable, effective model for modern learning environments, ensuring every program has the tools to thrive.

Empowering Every Level of Leadership

Higher Education

The council works to empower university leaders, within educator preparation programs and academic research initiatives, to integrate co-teaching models. It is focused on policy development and fostering long-term partnerships that sustain collaborative educator preparation.

PK-12 Districts

The council supports school district administrators and principals in implementing systemic co-teaching practices that foster inclusive and equitable classroom environments. It explores ways to make co-teaching a viable model at school district levels.

State Representatives

The council seeks opportunities for collaboration with state representatives to develop frameworks that support co-teaching as a catalyst for educational transformation.  It works to coordinate regional initiatives and ensure state-level advocacy for co-teaching best practices and standards.
