Co-Teaching Consultants

TWH Co-Teaching is an educational consulting company dedicated to advancing high-quality Co-Teaching practices in universities and K–12 school systems. With more than 20 years of experience, TWH supports institutions seeking to implement, refine, or expand Co-Teaching models for teacher preparation programs or licensed teacher partnerships, including SPED and ML teams.

A central focus of TWH Co-Teaching is the Co-Teaching Train the Trainer Workshop, a two-day professional learning experience designed to equip lead teams with the knowledge and tools needed to train others in effective Co-Teaching. These workshops are offered at multiple sites across the country throughout the year and can also be delivered on-site for universities, school districts, instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and SPED/ML directors. TWH collaborates closely with partners to bring customized training opportunities directly to their region.

In addition to Train the Trainer sessions, TWH provides a full range of professional development offerings, including Foundations of Co-Teaching workshops, Co-Teaching Pairs workshops, and ongoing support for institutions building or strengthening Co-Teaching programs. Whether supporting student teaching, residency models, or licensed teacher partnerships, TWH Co-Teaching delivers practical, research-aligned training that helps educators work together effectively to improve student outcomes.

Research-Based. Practical. Engaging. Inclusive.
Founded in 2002, 2Teach Global (2TG) is an international educational consulting organization dedicated to making inclusive education work in real classrooms. With more than 80 highly trained associates, 2TG brings together experts in Co-Teaching, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), specially designed instruction (SDI), differentiation, inclusive literacy, neurodiversity, AI for inclusion, and other evidence-based practices. Our mission is simple: help educators meet the needs of all learners through strategies that are both research-supported and realistic to implement.

Led by CEO Dr. Wendy W. Murawski, an internationally recognized co-teaching researcher, author, and frequently requested keynote speaker, 2TG builds much of its co-teaching professional development on her extensive research and publications, including Collaborative Teaching in Secondary Schools, Beyond Co-Teaching Basics, and Co-Teaching Do's, Don'ts, and Do Betters. Her work has helped shape how educators understand and implement co-teaching nationally and internationally. That strong research foundation informs our professional development (PD), but our focus is always on translating evidence into practical strategies educators can use immediately.

At 2TG, we believe professional learning should be engaging, personalized, and even fun! We emphasize humor, collaboration, meaningful engagement, and manageable baby steps toward lasting improvement. We're not interested in perfection or ivory-tower solutions that sound impressive but aren’t sustainable. We help educators build on what they're already doing, recognize what's working, and take achievable next steps toward more inclusive practices.

2TG offers PD options for everyone involved in inclusive education: from individual teachers and co-teaching teams to paraprofessionals, instructional coaches, families, and school and district leaders. Every experience is customized to the needs, goals, and realities of the educators we serve. Offerings include on-site and virtual workshops, self-paced modules, coaching and micro-coaching, leadership development, and institutes ranging from half-day sessions to full-week experiences.
